EXTERIOR DECK REBUILD, RESURFACE & STAIN

This duplex had a large deck floor that rotted after years of neglect. In many cases like this, the flooring and structure cannot be restored, and requires replacing.  We removed the flooring, repaired some joists that were rotted, and replaced it with a composite deck floor, which requires less overall maintenance than wood.
