VOLUNTEER PARK

EXTERIOR LEAD PAINT REMEDIATION & RESTORATION

This large historic home is in Seattle’s historic Volunteer Park neighborhood and was in need of a major exterior renovation including lead paint remediation.  We completed extensive repairs to the original siding, trim, windowsills, and much more.  The homeowners went with light blue that gave this beautiful home new life. It turned out stunning!
